We proudly stand behind all our jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your Orogem purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
Orogem’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear or damaged caused by improper use or care.
If a package delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 1-800-627-0277. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, you can return it at any time for exchange or a full refund.

Return & Exchanges by Mail
When returning or exchanging your jewelry by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Orogem is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking confirmation.

    Non-Refundable Items
    For Special Orders and Personalized Engraved Jewelry, all sales are final and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect exists in the item. You can contact us directly at sales@orogem.com or call 1-800-627-0277 should you feel your personalized item has a manufacturing defect.

    PayPal Returns
    PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

    Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges, including special handling fees, or any other related costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized shipping expenses will not be reimbursed by Orogem. In the event Orogem made a mistake with your order or shipment, we will forward you a PRE-PAID Return Shipping Label allowing you to return the order at no cost to you.

    After Your Return Is Received By Orogem
    Once your return is processed and received into our system, we will issue a refund to your Pay Pal account or credit card. Look for an email confirmation notifying you of such credit. Please allow our Returns Department up to 7 business days to inspect and fully process your return. (During the holiday season, allow up to 21 days to process). If you are expecting a return shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail the day of the outbound shipment. You can track the status of the new shipment with the tracking number provided via e-mail.

    Credits to Your Card
    Credit card and PayPal purchases will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Orogem has received your return for your account to be credited.

    Cancel or Change Your Order
    If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call our Orogem sales department at 1-800-627-0277. We will do our best to help you with order changes and cancellations prior to shipping.
