Shipping & Delivery: Orders placed on Orogem.com are normally shipped within 2 working days of receipt. If a design is limited in stock and not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you by email with the estimated ship date which is usually no more than 2 weeks. For Delivery, upon the CHECKOUT process, you will have various options for shipping your order. You can choose various delivery methods and also view estimated shipping costs. If in a RUSH, Overnight Service is available and can be selected in the CHECKOUT process. To ensure we can provide same day delivery, please call our office and let us know of your RUSH. We will help expedite your order and do our best to meet your needs. You can reach us Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30am Pacific Standard Time at 1-888-675-3935. For International Orders, various shipping options are also available, however, due to different duties, taxes, and security issues, Orogem is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments in transit unless you select GLOBAL EXPRESS GUARANTEED. Using this option, Orogem can track your shipment, insure your order, and if delivery is not made, we will guarantee your purchase by providing you with a full refund or another attempted delivery if we determine your address is confirmed.
Privacy & Security: Our privacy policy is simple. We will not share or sell your email address or personal information to any other company for advertising purposes. We respect your privacy and understand the importance of maintaining that privacy. In the event you have subscribed to the Orogem Newsletter, you can simply request your removal from the Newsletter program by clicking UNSUBSCRIBE when you receive the periodic emails.

Shopping on our site is secure with credit card transactions processed through an encrypted Secure Server Layer for your privacy and credit protection. In addition, providing Pay Pal as a method of payment provides you with an additional level of security when shopping with Orogem.
Returns & Replacements: Orogem offers you a **30 Day Return Privilege with Full Refund in the event you are not happy with your purchase. You can return your shipment within 30 days for a full refund to:

For Repairs & Service, send an $8.00 check (to cover return postage & handling) with your design to:

We will process your repair within 2-4 weeks of receipt. Normally, repairs & service require 2 weeks to process, however, during the Holiday Season, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

Be sure that you ship your Return or Repair with Proof Of Delivery and Insured for the proper value. This will confirm our receipt and protect the value of your purchase. We would be very unhappy to hear of your package getting lost and never being received by Orogem. Please protect the value of the design being returned.
