Shipping Policy
- Shipping Methods
- All orders over $50 ship for free via USPS First Class or Standard (3-7 days). Valid only on orders shipped to the US and Canada.
For orders under $50 or if you need expedited shipping we offer the following shipping methods:
USPS First Class (3-7 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (2 business days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)

- Processing Time
- We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-5 business days to allow for processing time. If a design is limited in stock and not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you by email with the estimated ship date which is usually no more than 2 weeks.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
- International Shipments
- Orogem does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
- Signature Requirement
- All shipments with a value of more than $300 are shipped with a signature confirmation requirement. If possible, please plan accordingly to accept your package. By request, we can remove the signature confirmation requirement however Orogem will not be responsible for a lost or stolen package under that scenario.
- No Shipping Days
- Orders will not ship on weekends and US Federal Holidays. Our website, however, is available to accept orders 24 Hours a day, 365 days a year.
